Tami joined Eagle Talon Partners in 2022. She runs day-to-day operations, increases the efficiency of the company, and strengthens client relationships.

Experience
Tami has 25+ years of experience in operations and office management. After graduating from college, she joined her family’s construction business where she embraced the challenge of learning the business from the ground up. Eventually she earned the position of Vice President of Operations, where she focused on the productivity of 50+ employees to maximize the profitability of the company. After the company was sold, Tami pursued a career in commercial property management and real estate sales.

Tami earned a BS in Business Management and Computer Science from Quinnipiac College,

Interests
After living in New York for most of her life, Tami relocated to Naples, Florida in 2021. She enjoys being creative with interior design projects, entertaining friends, doing pilates, and playing pickleball.
